Aims & Objectives

The aims and objectives of the Association are:-

To Strengthen, support and encourage legal profession in the State of Sikkim.
To promote and protect privilege, interest and prestige of the association and its members and to promote co-operation among them.
To coordinate with advocates practicing in the courts of Sikkim and with other Bar Associations in the State of Sikkim and across country.
To promote and maintain high standards of profession among members of the Bar and to promote professional values and ethics among the members.
To raise funds for the Association.
To conduct and hold seminars, symposia, conference on issues and topics of interest to the legal profession and to disseminate information in this behalf.
To act in all such matters as might be necessary or incidental to carrying out aforesaid aims and objectives.
